What you confirm when submitting a Sparky247 contractor application for review.

- 1.I am the contractor or I have authority to submit and manage this application for the contractor.
- 2.The names, addresses, company, tax and contact details supplied are complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
- 3.Uploaded qualifications, cards, registrations, insurance policies and supporting documents are authentic, current and lawfully held.
- 4.The contractor is competent and legally permitted to offer each selected service and will work only within its competence.
- 5.The contractor will maintain required insurance and promptly replace documents before expiry.
- 6.The contractor will notify Sparky247 promptly if submitted information becomes inaccurate, an approval is withdrawn, insurance lapses or a material safety restriction arises.
- 7.Sparky247 may verify submitted information with document issuers, public registers, payment providers and other lawful verification sources.
- 8.I understand that false or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension, withheld offers, termination and referral where legally required.
Electronic acknowledgement
Submitting the application records the account, date and time of acceptance. Historical acceptance remains part of the audit record even when information is later corrected. Current profile information can be updated through the contractor workspace.
