Cancellation policy

The £15.00 booking fee is refunded when Sparky247 cannot find an electrician or when the booking is cancelled before an electrician accepts it.

After an electrician accepts, some or all of the £15.00 booking fee may be retained as a late cancellation fee. No separate call-out is charged unless travel or authorised work has already started.

Emergency, safety and exceptional circumstances are reviewed by support and recorded on the job timeline.
